  •  three tablespoons olive oil
  •  three tablespoons soy sauce
  •  5 tablespoons honey
  •  four cloves of garlic; minced (or substitute half of teaspoon garlic powder)
  •  half of teaspoon floor ginger
  •  half of teaspoon recent floor pepper
  •  three kilos (roughly) rooster thighs (or most popular rooster meat)
  •  salt and pepper to style


  1. Preheat oven to 425-degrees F.
  2. Combine first 6 components collectively in a big plastic zip-top storage bag. Add salt and pepper to style. Add the rooster to the plastic bag, seal bag and switch rooster to coat each bit, then place in fridge to marinate till able to cook dinner, as much as a day forward.
