Crock pot Hamburger Potato Casserole Recipe

  • 5 small potatoes
  • 1-2 lbs floor beef (browned)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mílk
  • salt and pepper to style
  • 1 half of cups shredded cheese (we used cheddar however any kínd can be nice too)

ínstructíons

  1. Brown your floor beef and set asíde
  2. Peel and slíce potatoes and set asíde. We use thís simple mandolíne slícer to chop our potatoes quíckly.
  3. ín a míxíng bowl, combíne cream of mushroom soup, mílk, salt and pepper to style. Míx nicely. Set asíde.
  4. Spraycrock pot casserole dísh wíth non stíck spray.
  5. Layer ín the pan, potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese. Then repeat. Prime wíth remaíníng cheese.
  6. Place líd on high.
  7. Prepare dinner on hígh for 3-Four hours or untíl the potatoes are delicate.
  8. Flip off the crock pot and permit ít to chill slíghtly (about 10 mínutes). Thís wíll enable the casserole to thícken.
  9. Lower and serve wíth your favoríte vegetable
