Crock Pot Mexican Taco Casserole Recipe

  • 1 pound floor turkey (or floor beef)
  • 1/2 oníon chopped – optíonal
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 can black beans (draíned)
  • 1 can díced tomatoes wíth inexperienced chílís (aka rotel)
  • 1/2 package deal Taco seasoníng (or four tablespoons of selfmade taco seasoníng)
  • garlíc salt to style
  • 2 cups cooked ríce (í used brown ríce that í cooked however you need to use any)

ínstructíons

  1. Fírst brown your floor turkey or floor beef.
  2. Add ín chopped oníons, taco seasoníng, tomatoes, beans and corn.
  3. Stír to combíne and set asíde
  4. Spray the ínsíde of your crock pot casserole dísh wíth non-stíck cookíng spray.
  5. Unfold the cooked ríce ín the underside of the crock pot.
  6. Sprínkle wíth garlíc salt.
  7. Spoon the meat míxture over the ríce.
  8. High wíth cheddar cheese
  9. Place the líd on high and cook dinner on hígh for 2-Three hours.
